Social Media Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Build the company’s social media profiles and manage its online presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Polyvore, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
  • Create impressive content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.
  • Write, develop, produce interesting and engaging content that is appealing, interesting to read, catches the readers attention, and provokes call to action. It must be free of plagiarism and grammatical mistakes.
  • Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from new audiences.
  • Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g., Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, Facebook promotions etc.)
  • Work alongside other marketers and content marketers to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals.
  • Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
  • Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers.
  • Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media engagement campaigns, paid campaigns and manage the ROI.
  • Any other task assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

  • Proven social media management track record.
  • Must be proficient in Urdu & fluent in English.
  • Expertise in Illustrator, Photoshop & other Graphic Designing tools is a plus.
  • Must be target oriented, with professional conduct.
  • Previous sales experience to local businesses is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be Computer & the Internet literate.

Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

  • Able to design and create unique designs and images for logos, Facebook covers, business cards, post images, animated characters and videos.
  • Make animations to promote brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with the Social Media Coordinator on a regular basis.
  • Ready to work on demand and as per requirements.
  • Ability to work for different social media platforms and have expertise in using leading graphics designing tools and software.

Requirements:

  • Have completed 14 years of education.
  • Excellent aesthetic skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Good command on English language.
  • Have command over Photoshop and Filmora.
  • Ability to work in a timely manner.

Video Editor

Responsibilities:

  • Changing a recorded video into a finished product.
  • Able to deal with camera footage, dialogues, sound and special effects.
  • Coordinate with the graphics designer.
  • Produce and edit promotional Ad videos,
  • Edit tutorials and lecture videos effectively.

Requirements:

  • Have completed 14 years of education.
  • Expertise in using video making and editing tools.
  • Hands-on experience of Powtoon, Camtesia, Filmora, Screencast-O-Matic etc.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Grip on English language.
  • Ability to manage workload.

 

Blog Writer

Responsibilities:

  • Writing promotional blogs for the company.
  • Produce regular blogs and posts.
  • Collaborate with the design team.
  • Produce plagiarism free content within given time limit.
  • Working on the feedback and instruct social media team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of blog writing.
  • Typing speed of minimum 40 WPM.
  • Advanced level of command on English language.
  • Understanding of blog style writing.
  • Ability to write content on different blogs.
  • Knowledge of keywords and their use in the blogs.
  • Must be target oriented, with professional conduct.

Content Writer

Responsibilities:

  • Writing content for the website.
  • Handling content related tasks of the company.
  • Coordinate with the bloggers and the design team.
  • Knowledge of writing resumes, job appraisals, reports, memos, business letters and minutes of meeting.
  • Instruct the other team members regarding content distribution.
  • Produce effective and persuasive content within the given time frame.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a content writer.
  • Strong command on English language.
  • A graduate in English literature would be preferred.
  • Typing speed of minimum 40 WPM.
  • Strong grip on grammar, sentence structure, words choice.
  • Must be detail oriented with professional vision.
  • Know how to write persuasive stories.
